ABOUT HART EVENT MARKETING
- Hart Event Marketing is an independent firm that plans and executes
corporate meetings and events for Fortune 1,000 companies. Hart Event
Marketing approaches marketing events from a strategic perspective by
integrating events into a client's overall objectives and planning
for results, such as leads that convert to sales, stronger partner
relationships that drive more profits, or sales people that are
motivated to close more business. We believe that with careful and
thoughtful up-front planning, events can be one of the most efficient
and effective line items in a marketing budget.
- In addition to strategic planning Hart Event Marketing offers
a full solution for event management, including site selection,
vendor selection and coordination, communication, database design and
integration, on-site registration, and management of post event data,
such as processing leads and following leads to conversion of sales.
We are experienced with bringing projects in on time and on budget,
and pride ourselves on producing flawless events with finesse, grace,
and style.
- Hart Event Marketing can provide a full solution or manage a
piece of a complex event by integrating our efforts along with your
in-house marketing staff.
Approach
- Today's emphasis on stretching marketing dollars plays to Hart
Event Marketing's greatest strength: thoughtful integration into the
overall strategic objectives of a marketing program. Each event is
carefully crafted for the results our clients want to achieve, whether
it is qualified leads, increased staff productivity, or a product
launch that turns heads. Hart Event Marketing works meticulously to
clarify objectives with clients during the initial planning phase,
which includes establishing back-end success metrics with which to
measure your results.
Phased planning, cross-departmental teamwork
- Our approach is to structure the event
according to phases, and perform any or all
phases of the event according to the client's
needs and budget. Because many marketing
events are cross-departmental, we specialize
in working within the client organization to
pull together cross-functional teams, including
sales, marketing, and IT departments which manage
customer databases and mailing lists.
Finesse, professionalism and experience
- Once the objectives are clear, and the roles and responsibilities
of the team are clarified, we work with the client to create a budget
that will deliver the desired results. We then manage and execute the
event with professionalism and a finesse born of years of experience
anticipating the unexpected, gracefully sidestepping obstacles, and
delivering results that surpass our clients' expectations.
- This up-front planning and careful teamwork yields marketing events
of unparalleled effectiveness and finesse.
